People Operations Manager

Wendy joined the DLP family in late 2018 with a background in leadership with Frito-Lay, Inc., working in several operation functions, throughout several of their facilities across North America. She is responsible for recruitment of talent, supporting people development and championing the firm culture to support the client’s experience. She works closely with the attorney teams to improve processes and develop firm strategies. Wendy is passionate about hiking, attempting her gardening, and chasing after their combined 6 dogs, with the kids.
