Success gurus like to say that the people who surround you will determine how far you go in life and business. The same is true in law practice. At DeShon Laraye Pullen PLC, we’re only as good as our people. And our people deserve to be recognized for who they are and the work they do.
That’s why we’ve created two awards: Employee of the Month and Genius of the Month.
Employee of the Month
This is for the employee who goes above and beyond. This means not only being great at his or her job, but also in helping others and collaborating with team members to solve client problems.
In other words, the Employee of the Month is one who serves as a DeShon Laraye Pullen PLC role model.
Genius of the Month
The Genius of the Month Award is reserved for those who bring a best practice to the table. This best practice or process improves the way we do business, the way we practice law, and/or makes our firm more productive or efficient.
But there’s a catch: The Genius of the Month cannot just bring the suggestion to the table. The best practice or idea must also be tested and implemented, not suggested and forgotten. (True to form, there is not always a Genius of the Month.)
